Overall- Super dissatisfied. 1. Sign wasn't ready when explained it would be 2. When they said it was ready- I came and viewed it and it had paint issues that needed fixed. 3. I dealt with 3 people and never knew who to talk to and was shuffled around 4. We installed our own sign because they asked if we wanted too. They told us we did it wrong even though we asked SPECIFICALLY how to install. All we were told was to use "L" brackets. Why wouldn't they tell us how to properly install it so it lasts and looks good for both businesses!??! 5. They came out to fix the paint that started peeling off sign after just 5 months. Told us it was our fault because we installed it wrong. Again, we asked how to install it. If there's a certain and proper way, they didn't specify that or we would've done it. We want the sign to look good and last!!! 6. The guy that came to fix signs cracking paint was short, rude and condenscending. Told me I shouldn't have mulch there either. Well GREAT. I WON'T, but we didn't know that because we received no installation guidelines whatsoever. I walked away from him because he was SO unpleasant!! I will NEVER purchase a sign here or suggest that anyone I know should. The entire experience was lacking in good communication, customer service and friendliness. Jane and her team at Sign Connection is amazing to deal with. I brought her an idea for a wall decal for my son's bedroom, and she matched the exact colors and ideas I was looking for. It came out better than I imagined! Sign Connection's work stands out among the rest, and their service is wonderful. I highly recommend them!
