awful customer service, not proactive, unwilling to work with client to come up with a solution. We had a decal made, but then had issues with the landlord now wanting the decal adhered to the walls. I attempted on multiple occasions to come up with a solution with this company, and they were reluctant, uninterested and never followed up. Finally I was ready to pick up the sign (6 months later because I reside in another state) and they told me the decal is no longer good as it needed to be adhered within the first few months - information I was never told in advance, nor did they follow up to let me know that the sign should be picked up sooner as it will be defective. Also, they are extremely rude on the phone, yelled and hung up on my assistant, and when not ready with my decal, after I telephoned a week ahead advising of my arrival, I was told "phone calls dont count", though they were happy to take my money over the phone. Save yourself time and frustration, go elsewhere

Fastsigns did a great job restoring our materials and building us an amazing sign! We are happy with how it turned out, and it gave my office great street appeal.

I thought the team was fast and relatively responsive but I was very disappointed in the sign itself. I bought other signs from them for another building and they look nice. I asked for my new sign to be just like my other signs; however, my new sign unlike the other signs was screwed right into the building instead of raised an inch or so from the building. Does not look good- screws are visible all around sign There is also a small gap in the middle which makes it look bad Oh well, it looks unprofessional bc of the exposed screws and gap in the middle but prob won’t replace. Bummer as it was $2500 and thought it would look decent like the others

I have utilized this location for my signage needs for years and they have always been great to work with. They know our designs and quickly turn around good work for us. I would recommend them to anyone for any signage needs.

We ordered 4 retractable banners from another site, but UPS didn't deliver them to us and sent them back. Our event was coming up on Saturday and Fastsigns got them done in half a day. I'd give them 5 stars if the price wasn't so high for the signs themselves, not including the rush fee which I expected. They were good quality though, and I appreciated them getting it done before 5pm on Friday.

Very quick, professional, and accurate! The owner Sara is super friendly and I have never had any problems with my frequent orders from her. I like that she is quick to respond to my e-mails, rather than having to play phone tag as with most of my other vendors.
