We had Signs of San Antonio come out to give us a bid for our sign that was damaged by a construction company. We were asked to get 4 bids. Signs of San Antonio was the only company that came out fully prepared. They looked over the entire sign and gave us a bid the next day. Even though the construction company that damaged the sign did not go with their bid, I am very pleased with their customer service.

Vanesa with Signs of Antonio was a great help with my company's printing Project. She ensured that my prints were clear and even helped redesigned my print so that we would get the best quality look. She answered my phone calls and emails in a very timely manner and was always friendly and professional! They have printing products that no one else in the city of has!

So impressed by the people that work there. The output production is high and you can tell they get it done. I was going to bring all my business here but no one could meet with me. I waited 30 for some lady off her lunch break at 3pm to write down all my needs for an order. I followed up with 2 calls and 2 weeks...finally got a response and the order was wrong twice...I guess things go in twos here. Thier obviously a great company by thier in house production but if you are a small business or a new potential client, you may want to go somewhere more in tune with your printing, wrap and embroidery needs.

Took a month to get rectangle boards made. They went on vacation for almost 2 weeks right after they said the order was completed. Their emergency hotline never got around to following up. I'd love to do more business with them, but not too reliable.
