I would give 11/5 stars if I could!! Derlin is the absolute best. He created a beautiful sign for us with a tight deadline for our upcoming event, he was there for all the questions we asked and even helped with installation. Derlin is an incredible craftsman, and he truly cares about his customers. Thank you for everything!!!

I was blown away by how amazing my Neon Sign turned out! Not only that, I needed it super fast for a film shoot and Derlin and his team made it happen in just a few days. He even helped me out by hand delivering it and helping me install it. All I can say is that I truly lucked out and I'm so glad that I found these guys. Derlin is the real deal! I will definitely be using them again!

Derlin delivered! Literally and otherwise- Derlin was able to make a neon sign for my art project in just under a week. He not only delivered it at 6 AM but helped me install it on the day of the opening. Thank you so much Derlin! I look forward to ordering more neon from you in the future.

Should probably stay away from these guys. He came over for a consultation and then never responded to my e-mails for 5 days. Then when I call him he doesn't even remember anything about my order or the dimensions, which he means he never even wrote down the measurements. He tells me he'll send me a drawing tomorrow multiple times as if it's a guarantee and then I don't hear from him for another 3 days. He then passes the job onto someone else, who once again knows nothing about the order and makes me explain everything to the new guy. And then when I ask them to take the order seriously they say they require "respect", and then canceled my order.
