Very slow and terrible customer service. The job took almost triple the amount of time to complete. Company tried charging me $1,000 more than the agreed upon price after completing the job due to an invoicing error on their part. On top of that they DO NOT warranty their work. They did unauthorized/unlicensed electical work on my sign and broke it. After trying to get it fixed the owner Les said that they aren't going to fix what they broke because they "Aren't licensed electricians" and that they can't be held accountable for any mistakes that they make. When asking Les (The Owner) to pay to have a qualified electrician fix what they broke on my sign he threatened to call the city's electrical inspector to fine me for the job that they did on my sign because the job was improperly installed and they weren't licensed to do what they did so that I would just take the loss and pay for their mistake. I asked him one last time and he then said he doesn't have time to babysit his customers. Absolutely no regard for their customers or work that they do. MUCH BETTER service from other local sign companies. Hopefully they decide to not make their clients pay double to fix their mistakes, but at this time it doesn't seem like they'll come around.

Excellent work on our sign. Courteous and friendly customer service. They were fast and did an awesome job. You should defiantly use this company for all your sign needs, you won’t be disappointed. Very competitively priced with the highest quality of work and craftsmanship!
