Allied was subcontracted to do a sign for my business. While they were measuring for that sign, I talked with the installer about doing other work for me, on my dime. He got me in touch with the owner, Mike, to discuss further. I had one conversation with him and it went great. He said he would have some drawings over to me by the end of the week which was great because I had to have them submitted to the planning board by the following Monday. Unfortunately, that was the only conversation that I had with him. I made 3 follow up calls and 4 emails to get the drawings... nothing back. His staff was great, as even they were speechless that he wouldn't respond. While they may do great work, that is only part of choosing a sign company.

I had Allied Sign do signage for my business. Their work is excellent, did what I needed and was very impressed with the finished product. I couldn't be happier and would highly recommend them.

We dealt with this company to fabricate two signs for two different locations in the Syracuse area. Our sales representative John was terrible to deal with! His follow through was atrocious! Callbacks are non-existent as I had to put callback reminders in my calendar to follow up with him. While the signs are good their service is terrible. We will NOT be using this company again!
