love this sign shop! gave a simple design and bulldogs creativity did not disappoint! In loveeeee with his work and the awesome customer service at his shop!

When you take a look at his reviews, you'll notice a pattern. Jim took our deposit and never delivered the sign. Contacting him has been impossible. This isn't worth your time or the headache. Theres better vendors and ethical businesses out there, don't give your business to this guy.

Horrible communication and customer service. Jim and his team were super communicative and responsive when it came to everything leading up to payment details for the service I requested. However, all forms of communication dropped off after they received my payment. This was a service I paid for on 1/25/21. I checked in on 3/8 to see what was going on, only to find out that my item was not shipped. On 3/9, he said it was with the shipper, and he would email me tracking information. I have yet to receive my shipment or tracking information. Jim continues to ignore my emails regarding this matter. As of right now it seems like they have stolen the sign.

BEWARE! The owner Jim has made promises over and over and never delivered. I paid a deposit of 2500.00 for two signs over six months ago. Haven’t seen as much as a photo of my work. Refund requests are ignored and he doesn’t answer calls or texts anymore

This man took our deposit & never gave us our sign, or our money back, and won't answer our calls. Worst place to do business in Wynwood...it's such a shame that this is what our community members are doing to each other. Stay away from this thief.
