Their team was very responsive to anything we asked, and produced a high quality product that looks great at our office. There was even had an issue that was my fault, but when we discovered it, they just said no problem and made the corrections at minimal expense to my firm. How companies handle things when there is a problem might be more important that how they handle things when nothing goes wrong.

Fast signs did an incredible job on my decals for my truck. They were very responsive to my order and very easy to work with. Their attention to detail was very impressive and they take alot of pride in their work. I will be utilizing them again in the future for additional signs and decals.

I’m a small Business owner and I know from experience how tough and rewarding it can be dealing with the public. I say this because I’ve been using Fast Signs for over 5 years. My recent visit was different but not because of Fast Signs because of me. I was having a bad day and I took it out on the receptionist and the manager. The manager had every opportunity to reject my project but they didn’t. They stayed professional and respectful, which to be honest I didn’t deserve. After all of this when the job was for all purposes in my book 100% complete they weren’t satisfied. My letters had a small minute design bubble that was missing. I told the manager and installer that it was fine and I was completely happy with the job they had done. Both said no, they weren’t happy and wanted to reprint the bubble and install it.
