I went in so they could make a custom sign of a baby hand from a photo I had...our baby past away in the beginning of 2021 and we had his hand print and wanted to make it big and bright!!. I couldnt be happier with the results. the owner was so nice, Very professional and told us he would put as much love and attention as he could. Highly recommended. And plus it's an awesome place to visit. They had a ton of cool led signs.

Awesome shop. Last of it's kind of a dwindling profession. Tom owns and operates the shop, mostly by himself. Makes quality real neon signs at a fair price. Does custom work too, be prepared to bring in your own quality schematic though. Or stop by to look at some other work he's done and has on display for purchase as is. Not many other neon shops left in Chicago.

Great place for neon. Brought a sign in today to be repaired. I needed asap and they took care of it within hours. Super personable and an amazing selection of signs.

Brought a neon clock for repair, a few years ago now. Got it back with the clock broken and the wrong color of neon. Overcharged and all they wanted to do was to argue that it wasn't their fault. Buyer beware.

Amazing selection of pre-built signs, both actual neon and LED neon look-alike. They have done several repairs for me on existing neon that was broken. The workmanship has been top-notch. They also offer custom services, the custom sign turned out great!
