What amazing, genuinely wonderful people!! I had to design and build a chair for my furniture design class (which I've never built anything like this before) and I was running into a lot of complications with my back rest piece. The things that I was trying to do just weren't working and I was running out of time. My project was due the next morning so my options were limited on what I could order to get done for the day. I found this amazing spot not to far from my house so I called first to explain my situation and DeShea was more than happy to help. I arrived and was greeted, then taken to the back to speak more with DeShea. I had all the items I needed to make this simple for them because I needed it by that night. The order was placed and before I knew it I had my vinyl decal. On my way out me and my boyfriend were cut off by a car pulling out of a shopping area so we had to slam on our breaks. We look in the back seat and my boyfriends tools fell onto the vinyl and ripped some of it. I was devastated knowing this was due the next day and that they were about to close. So we rush back and tell them the situation and they were happy to make another one but they said it would have to be picked up then next day. Almost leaving, I turned around with such distress that I wouldn't be able to pick it up. This then was a gentleman helping me out at the front desk and he told me to wait and he will see what he can do. A while later and even after they were closed he printed out the extra pieces for me that were ripped. I couldn't thank them enough for taking the time to stay after closing to help with something like this. It really meant a lot. So like said before, genuinely, wonderful people.

This company saved my butt! My husband is the manager of a bubba ball (3-5 year old) little league team and we wanted our kids to have an incredible banner. We were screwed over by someone and I gave these guys like 3 days notice. Asked them to redesign once because I wasn't bright enough to send a concept idea first and once I did Deshea knocked out banner out of the ball park. Chris and the designer Deshea were so amazing and sweet. So professional! The design was amazing and they gave me a phenomenal price. We needed a sign in Las Vegas for a tradeshow FAST and Reliable Banner delivered! Everything went unbelievably well from the beginning dealing with Mark on the phone, to 24 hrs. later getting a voice mail from the delivery man that he was at the hotel dropping off the banner.
