We worked with Excel Lighting & Sign for an new LED sign and Install. From day one the staff was professional and willing to learn about our project needs. The only good thing about them is they’re cheap. Since they’ve chosen to respond I will as well. I called to set up a service call. In order to get my business it was made to seem that the work would be done quickly, our discussion even included that I I was sent a bill and a link to needed to get this done ASAP. I was told it would be taken care of. It sounded great so I signed the estimate so the work could get done. Two weeks go by and I had to call to get an update and was given some excuse and then saying they’ll get it done. 5 days later work finally got done. I was sent an email with a link to pay on September 19th, on September 22 an email asking for payment. On the 23rd another email saying they don’t appreciate having to track me down followed by a phone call to my business partner asking for payment. It’s funny they are fine making me weeks for service but they send an invoice and get upset when it’s not paid within a few days.

Excel Lighting & Sign Retrofitted all 3 of our Signs Their service and workmanship was superior ,Their pricing was vary fair for the amount of work that was needed on all our signs, I would high recommend them for any sign project in Kansas or Missouri. We used Excel Lighting & Sign to have a new sign added to our building on Ward Parkway, both inside and outside. They had fantastic service and the quality of the design and the final product was excellent! We then moved buildings and rebranded within a couple years, and working with Dustan and his team was smooth and timely in getting the old sign removed and the new sign designed and placed on the new building. They took care of all the approvals needed and did a fantastic job. I would highly recommend!
