Practically begged for a quote and assistance to replace the sign and awnings for my business over the course of months and never received one. Service and follow up was non existent. Its a big bummer because I know the quality of their work is great.

I was very impressed with the workmanship and professionalism of Bill Baker and Impact Signs. They did a great job and performed as promised. I would highly recommend them to any interested parties.

Do not purchase an electronic sign through Impact Signs. I called and spoke with Bryan and told him that “I wanted to confirm a couple of items with him before we took next steps”. I then went over what has taken place with our electronic sign and service since our purchase. 1. We paid for an electronic sign that from the day it was installed has had nothing but problems. 2. We were driven around and shown other signs that had were supposed to have had the same level of clarity and ours has never had it. 3. We have had panels go out on a regular basis. 4. We have had a yellow hue on the images. 5. We have now been told that the manufacturer is not in business and that we are out of luck and there is nothing we can do but get a whole new sign. 6. We finally had to shut off the sign completely because the image quality had gotten to the point of embarrassment. I then asked him if this information was correct and if they were going to stand behind the product and services they provided us. After weeks of trying to get a response from him I finally received an answer that they were not going to stand behind their product and that all they could do was keep it running. The only option given to us was to get an entire new sign.

We've used Impact for a couple of our businesses. They are very professional. Their work is beautiful and beautifully done. Highly recommend them.

The process to get an estimate and the order underway was flawless, but I can tell you that you should avoid this company as their customer service after the fact is sub par. As I have worked with them to try and diagnose and fix the sign, I have been ignored. I've called, emailed, called some more and each time given the run around. Owner of the company placed blame on manufacturer and inability to get parts and his supplier moved out of state. As a customer, I would hope for at least a minimal effort to show you are trying to fix the issue. Please take this post DO NOT USE this company. Don't even ask for a bid. You'll thank me later.
