Jude Cook has made several specialized neon and non-neon signs for my residential projects. I have been 100% satisfied with every single project he's worked on for me. My friends are always wowed by his work. I will use him any time I have specialized sign needs.

I know they can do good work but terrible customer service. We waited over three months to get a sign design for our historic downtown facility and very little progress.

Cook Signs just completed a rush job for me when nobody else in town could hit the deadline. I was in a pinch and they really stepped up to help me out. Ana was kind, responsive, understanding and very professional. I would recommend their services without hesitation!

Got the runaround for a month. I understand they are Overwhelmed with work, but having no responses, no emails, no communication whatsoever its bad for a bussines, I honestly wanted to work with a local company, but sometimes management is bad regardless of local or not local. "Whatever" was the last words I got from Wendy, after I said it's been a month ( not in a bad tone of voice, or angry). Great for the people that have had a great experience. Personally I wouldn't recommend to anyone.
