Had a neon sign fixed by them, didn't work the next day. The wiring was just taped together. Called them to come back they wanted an additional $300. Bought a new custom sign online for less. Stand by your work, you shouldn't charge to come fix something you failed to fix correctly the first time. Poor ethics and bad quality workmanship.

They took me through their showroom and catalog about what I could do, we explored options, and they took the time to tailor one that I believe fits perfectly with my building and lot and maximizes its views.
