My business needed magnetic vehicle signs for our trucks, Detroit Signs and Graphics went above and beyond! I submitted a vector file that had an error in it (the spacing was a bit off) and they fixed it BEFORE I even noticed!! So thankful because it would have been my mistake. The signs turned out flawless and better than my expectations. The pricing was perfect and the turn around time was two days!! Could not be happier!

I put my trust in them to make me some vinyl window decals. They were days behind schedule, also quite expensive in my opinion and when the installer had an issue they just put the blame on me. I will take my business elsewhere. Everything in the owners response is a lie. He's a vile man and went on my business page and gave me a 1 star review as a retaliation for his failure. To be clear, it was the First sticker my paid professional installer put in that had the wrinkle, it was only when he went to install the other 3 stickers that he realized how vastly different the transfer paper was from the first. The owner said the transfer paper was not wrinkled out of one side of his mouth and then said if it was wrinkled the installer shouldn't have tried to install it. I said the transfer paper was wrinkled and you still sold it to me like that, after that it was obvious he wasn't going to take any responsibility for forcing me to pay for the garbage he pawned off as product. He never offered his installer to come out. He only said that his installer wouldn't have had the issue with the wrinkle. I didn't throw away the sticker, that's a lie. It's still on my front door in all its wrinkled glory. The other company was Vistaprint and they were very cheap decals that were low cost and low quality. My issue wasn't bubbles with them it was the cheapness of them . Which is why I went to what I hoped would be a professional graphic place.

They did the front door decals too, which look great. They were professional, friendly, prompt, cost-effective, easy to work with - and great quality of design/products. I'd highly recommend this business.

Had a decal for my truck that I wanted replaced on the tailgate. Was very impressed with the quality of the decal and design. Even more impressive was the customer service and attention to detail from ther team. The old decal had severe adhesive residue left on the tailgate when they removed it, and they spent more hours than anticipated just trying to remove the old residue, to make sure they provided a quality job to my expectations. They did not charge me for those hours which shows their high level of commitment to customer satisfaction and quality work. Very happy with the work and would recomend them to anyone looking for decals on their vehicles or any other application!
