Arrived to get consultation about a store sign, I had brought my sketch and info. Got attended and they asked if they could keep the sketch so the designer could take a look, and then they'd contact me within 2-3 days with quotes, etc. 5 days go by with no word, I call, they say they haven't gotten to it yet, that they will in the next 2 days. I call again, nothing still. They might not want/care for small business anymore. As I can't hold on or wait for them to get around it, I had to take my business elsewhere, it costs my store money everytime my time is wasted in set backs or waiting. The man that attended me was nice, but didn't seem overall too interested, I assume/felt I wasn't taken seriously.
