I've used fast signs at other locations and they are great, this location wasn't very pleasant for me, I got my proof and no direction that I had to follow prompts to get it approved, the associate never explained what I need to do when receiving the proof, then they are supposed to call to get payment over the phone and no one called once I approved the proof, I had to call and ask why no one called me, then they said it will be available next day and they would call, guess what I did get a call but one ring then they must have hung up, I had to call then back and say I missed a call and I did have a order waiting, then he said oh yes its ready, I don't know if this is the owner or a employee but his customer service was very poor. Sadly I will take my business elsewhere.

I went to FastSigns for a special project for my store. During my whole experience I was working with Vivian. She was able to guide me step by step on exactly what I needed. She was extremely helpful. I don't think that we could have done what we done without her help. We went with a 8-ft by 8 ft vinyl sticker. We had it installed by fastaigns. The install crew was very professional. They cater to all of our needs. I would recommend this store at this location. For all your signage needs. I'm looking forward to using them again.
