Worse service ever . The owner Luis has no manners he talks about having the best system to do drafting and design but, when it come to doing a design he like to do it his way, make no sense since the customer is the one paying. He pushes you to do business, he made me feel really uncomfortable he didn’t not want to give a set price because he said I will shop around. I told him if he can email me a picture of the design and he said no because I will start comparing . I explain to him being a first time business owner that what EVEONE does shop around to get what works best for you .He is rude, and want to intimidate you to do business instead of helping you . I do NOT RECOMMEND AT ALL and I am glad I didn’t choose his company to do business .

AVOID YOURSELF THE HEADACHE AND OVERPRICED WORK Please refrain yourself the troubles of going into business with this person. There are many other great sign people who will do cheaper, better and customer satisfaction grade work. Luis the owner is very money hungry, self centered, and aggressive. In my case with our project he did not even go to the building site to quote. That was the 1st of many failure of contractor due diligence. He will not listen to you in the matter of the wants for being the customer and will cut you off instantly as he is only after the money. Giant sign in dallas did the same sign for 1/3 less than buffalo signs. Other people will draw up for you and correct any all wishes for a customer where as Buffalo signs will not.
