Just almost got ran off the road by this man on the I-10. I have 3 small children in my car. He continued to follow me and cutting me off for miles. He then got next to me, rolled his window down and was screaming profanities at me. Do better..

If you don't care about the LGBT community and just want some expensive signage then give them a call. If you do then go elsewhere. I don't consider sexuality to be something that should come into play in this sort of business, however The owner will treat you differently (poorly) if he thinks you're gay. Id also consider their Stone Age ideas and disorganization a factor. I got a pretty unique look at this company and it left me with a bad taste in my mouth. There are a couple really nice, intelligent people that work there but none of them work with the customers.

This firm is very unorganized and does not provide a timely service to its consumers. Might I suggest contacting another company. This company contacted my sign shop to sub contract us for an install in New Mexico. Upon submitting our contract which clearly stated that a 50% deposit and balance due at time of service was submitted, it was accepted and we were told we would be performing the work. After submitting all required documentation and waiting about two weeks, we received a call that TS&G signs would be having us sub contract directly to their customer and be paid by their customer to which we found quite odd but we were accommodating. Their customer then took about a month to provide the deposit required to start the project. During this time you would think that TS&G Signs would have been able to produce the signs they promised their customer for install but this was not the case. We were contacted in early February that the building unit numbers would be at the site for install about Feb 20th and we were to get started on those and that the rest of the signs would be along shortly thereafter. We had still not received the required deposit and did not receive said deposit until approximately Feb 24th. TS&G asked if we could just start anyway and we let them know that no work would be performed until we had the 50% required deposit in hand and that the 50% balance was due at time of service as stated in our sales contract. Once the deposit was received we went to the site and found 22 of 24 buildings had new numbers ready to install, the remainder of the signs we were to install including the two other building unit numbers were nowhere to be found. We completed the install of unit numbers given the same day. Once complete we were told the rest of the signs would not even arrive until March 11th. I find it quite odd and if I were the customer, I would expect my entire sign package to be delivered in a timely manner and installed in a timely manner. We were initially contacted in November of 2018 to do the job and here it was now late February and we only had a small portion of the job sent to install. On March 11th we showed up to install the remaining signs and found that they again only shipped a portion of the signs that we were to install. We again got the signs done in a days time and were then told we would have to return the beginning of April to install the remaining signs. We at this point required a progression payment on the project as we had not bid the job to include a 4-6 month time frame. We then were told that their client would be paying the progression payment and that it would take up to and possibly greater than 30 days. We informed not only TS&G Signs of our terms and conditions of contract being payments are due and payable at time of service and they acted like this was never before heard of. They then promised we would see the progression payment no later than 4/5/2019 even though by then the other signs would be delivered and we would have installed them which would then mean we would bill the final invoice and expect payment at completion of the job. As of 4/5/2019 we are still waiting on not only then progression payment with late fees, but also the final payment plus late fees. Not to mention the third and final phase of signs that were delivered were supposed to be ready and waiting for install on 4/1 but I guess that was an April fools joke because when we showed up to do the work...No Signs were available. Once those signs did show up on 4/2, they were incomplete as they were said to be coming with hardware for install, and incorrectly sized for where they were to be installed. A very disorganized and unbelievably unprofessional organization. I am glad I got to see how other companies do business so I can with confidence say that I deliver a quality product in a timely fashion to my clients.
