Great company to work with. Have been in business with Carlson Sign for several years now. Friendly staff and quality products.

This is my second time working with Carlson sign and I have spent over $30,000 with them. Both times they have not provided the customer service you would expect from an expensive sign company who has been doing this for many years. Both times when purchasing a sign for my businesses' building, they did not advise me nor maximize my potential. I worked with Chis Cox. And when I brought this up to them after the fact, their response was to offer to charge me to fix my sign. This second time of not getting an optimal retail sign, I asked to speak to the owner Peter Carlson. I have never met him but he was basically annoyed to speak to me and was motivated to simply make me go away. He never "owned" nor "heard" my feedback. As a fellow business owner, this was disappointing. I am worried that Carlson sign is successful not because they are excellent but rather because they are the only game in town.

Carlson is by far the best sign company our company has worked with. In 2017 we rebranded 12 stores in Oregon and Washington using several vendors. Carlson was the only vendor to complete the job on time. Since then, we have used Carlson exclusively for all our sign needs throughout Oregon, Washington and Idaho. Thank you Carlson team for all your hard work and support!
