This was my first experience and it was a very pleasant one. Both Becca and Dan offered excellent customer service, and made it very easy to do business with them. Becca was kind enough to redesign the whole image for me which turned out much better than what I had prepared. Once we had the image redesigned it took Becca just couple of hours before she had it ready. Also, knowing that the sign will be exposed to the sun she made a suggestion to use a different material that will not fade and loose color due to the sun exposure. Within 1/2 hour of walking into Real Signs, I was able to have changes made and proofed to my marketing AND have a sign produced! It's wonderful to be able to sit directly with the graphics person, (rather than the back and forth, time consuming editing and proofing).
