These are quality people. What is better than having a quality Sign is a quality Sign made by a quality group of people. I stopped by the other day to purchase some white Vinyl I needed for a project I was working on. I just needed a couple feet by a couple feet and was more than happy to pay for it. Within a couple minutes I was giving much more material than I had asked for and was told "No Charge". WOW! who does that? I ended up needing more material than I expected for my project so the extra was perfect. Thank you for helping me with my project and regaining my faith in people again. Cheers.

I actually started dealing with another company and had an order almost done but the sales rep was taking forever to reasoned to emails and phone calls at times. So I decided to call Signs Done Fast and spoke with Dave. So glad I did because they gave me the exact same thing the other company was offering for $800 less plus Dave was very helpful and responsive and always answered the phone when I had questions. I would highly recommend this company. They worked with our construction schedule and the install was done in about an hour.

At first when I saw the branding and same day promises I thought this was a gimmicky company. I said "theres no way they can hang this sign up in 24 hours" and "they'll be too expensive". I went and had my sign printed at another company - it was only slightly cheaper but the quality was not the best. I dropped off my sign to them last night at 5:30PM and received an email this morning at 9:30AM saying it was already installed! They truly live up to their name - and will be the only sign company I work with moving forward!

I had a terrible experience with Sign Done Fast. It took them nearly five months to complete my sign, which was far longer than expected. The project manager, David, was very poor at communicating and updating me throughout the process.Additionally, I accidentally paid them in full upfront, instead of half at the start and the other half upon installation. When I called the office to address this, I was transferred to David, who promised to send a refund check. However, the check didn’t arrive for almost a month. When I called again, Brian, the manager, was rude and blamed me for paying in full, instead of investigating why the refund check was delayed.Overall, it was a very bad experience, and I wouldn't recommend this company. It took nearly half a year to complete the project, which is unacceptable.

Highly recommend Signs Done Fast. I needed a rush print job done for a congress, the print/production quality was great and the customer service was better! They stayed open late to print my job in the same day AND the owner also gave me a ride back to the congress since it was so late. Really great experience.
