RMS Sign Company went above and beyond for our new signs on our new building. They were extremely easy to work with and Carla had the best customer service. The signs look fantastic and we’re up in time for our grand opening!

Opening a business for the first time can definitely be rough. All of the things you didn't know you didn't know! Cowles with RMS Sign Company instantly made us feel as if we were in supportive and safe hands. We were struggling to envision how we would like our signs to look. He was patient and kind, not rude or condescending. We sent him our logo font and he created some mock-ups, helping to bring our unrealized look to fruition! Paid attention to our theme, adding an industrial rivet look, coordinated with the building color, in order to fit in and not look 'clashy'. He even dealt directly with our property manager, ironing out misunderstandings, odd requirements, etc. To top it off, when we received the estimate on the THREE building signs we were required to have, was overbudget (we didn't know what we didn't know), he offered us less expensive, but still high quality solutions. Even went back and forth, trying to help us settle on the best option. Our signs are amazing! I am so thrilled and proud when I look at them. And I know, without a doubt, I would NOT feel this way without RMS and Cowles.
