The website portal and email/phone communication with staff helped provide information and answers to my questions. There was a quick turnaround from ordering to pickup, plus the quality of materials and design for a reunion banner exceeded my expectations. A graphic artist friend highly recommended the Fast Signs on south Rt 1 and I'm glad my network provided a spot on referral.

Really wanted to give this 5 stars but the customer service here is very poor. Initially quoted for a sign and I specifically requested double-sided printing and paid extra for expedited service. I paid in full upfront. Later I receive an email charging over $25 more for printing double-sided. Not to mention they told me they would call me when my sign was ready. The next day - no phone call. Eventually I contacted them and they advised me they can’t always call for expedited service when ready - not what I was told initially. They do great work if you’re willing to put up with changing prices and subpar communication.

We have been able to depend upon Fastsigns to get the job done with flying colors tine and time again. Kirby and his team deliver an impressive range of services, fantastic quality, great prices, quick turnaround time (in several cases even same day when our business needed it) and always exceptionally responsive and kind customer service. It’s a privilege to be building a relationship with such a good team. Highly recommended!
