I don't even know where to start with this company. I purchased a full LED display sign for my business. I asked them more than once what the electrical requirements were for the sign. The answer they gave me is what I made sure was on site for the install. They remove my old sign and put up the new one. Guess what... the sign needs twice as much as they told me they needed. Now without a sign for my business for over a month while we work through getting proper electrical to the sign, meanwhile I am getting tons of messages from the public asking why we are out of business. Multiple emails completely ignored. Solutions offered, and then retracted. Still haven't gotten any straight answers or solutions. Plus there is absolutely zero urgency to make things right. By far the worst company I have ever dealt with in any industry! So bad that I actually thought I might be on the show Punk'd for a second. Steer clear if you want to keep your sanity. You may also want to look at their other reviews... even the ones that say "not recommended." UPDATE: Unfortunately, since my review, things have gotten worse. The owner stepped in and declined to do work that the employee, who has been my main contact the entire time, approved. He says "They are not bound to anything he does not personally approve, per the contract." He has flat out refused to finish the job, which was paid in full months ago. I am now left with a $60,000 sign that does not work and have to sue them. Do yourself a favor and run. This has been the worst experience I could have ever imagined.

Plumb signs is awesome. I gave them a idea and their design team created a super cool sign for my business in a very timely matter. Their prices are very competitive and reasonable. They had the sign built and installed on schedule. The install team were professional and installed the sign quick, without any incident, and cleaned up the area spotless. This was a great experience for a first time business owner. Very satisfied.

We had a horrible experience with this company. We communicated with the company to perform a service and got an quote to perform it for a specific dollar amount. Not only did they try to jack up the quoted cost by double, they lied to me with regards to scheduling, details on what needed to be done, followup with complaint calls, utter ineptness in following through and returning calls. I tried to contact the owner Rob twice to go over the problems but to no avail. I would look very hard for another sign company BEFORE you choose Plumb Signs. If I could, I would give them a ZERO! My company has been in business for 96 years and never have we dealt with such an incompetent supplier. Do yourself a favor, use a different sign company.

Similar issues to the guy that posted 3 months before this. We received a quote and a timeline for completion. Our sign was finished 6 months after the planned completion date and we are going to have to hire an electrician to wire the sign the way we asked. Emails and calls for updates would go weeks without response (except for invoices for final payment). Two stars because they do make a good sign, just make sure you have half a year before you need it completed.

Super easy to deal with ... They have done 2 signs for us. From fabrication to permitting to installation ... I didn't have to do anything. Pain free and easy!
