I am very satisfied with the service from SIGNJOSE. I had checked around printing shops in San Jose, SIGNJOSE had the most affordable than other. I needed to print a banner with the size 10x3. The other shop gave me quote of $300+, but SIGNJOSE only costed me $150, plus tax. I called the store, and he was very responsive and nice. I sent him the work that I wanted to print and he replied it back right away. He made some changes on the original work, but he also kindly redesigned and it looked way better than the one I designed 😂😂. He didn’t charge me extra for his work, and he completed the banner 2 days earlier than I requested. If you want affordable printing service and excellent customer service, I highly recommend SIGNJOSE

I have ordered from Jose Alvarez before and he did a great job with the decals that I asked for however this time Jose was not there and I had to deal with Gene..... This is where the story goes bad. He did not know his A- - from a hole in the wall and he is very rude at that. I still placed the order because he told me Jose would be back to take over and told me my decals would be ready by Friday afternoon because I wanted them before a car meet Friday night. When I called Gene told me my decals will be ready in 30min so I waited about an hr to get there and my decals were still not ready so he asked me to come back in 3 hrs witch I did and guess what! my decals still were not ready. Gene said he is almost done that I can wait for a few min. So I asked to see what he had done / ready and maybe it would work for now and I can come back an other day to get the rest mind you I am already running late. Gene did not have anything to show me because he didn't even have anything started. At this point I just wanted my money back because I had already paid in full. I asked why didn't Jose take care of my decals like he said when I placed the order and Gene said Jose does not work here anymore. Jose was the best thing that ever happen to that shop hands down. Gene is very rude, lies and does not know what he is doing. Don't come here for anything guys, don't waste your time.

Gene is an A _ _, very rude and dose not know what he is doing! Printed some decals that I asked for and HE CHANGED MY DESIGN with out asking me and still wanted me to pay for it! No thanks with that being said the decals were not done in time and I gave him 3 weeks and I had to keep calling him to see if they were done after I see the decals I was so upset and walk out... about an hr later he charges my card for the full amount... Changed my design, I have to keep calling to see when they will be done, and can’t have them done on time I’m not paying for that! THIS PLACE IS NOT WORTH THE TIME! Don’t even think about it. I would give 0 stars if I can... This other people giving him 5 stars must be friends.

Gene is the nicest guy ever, who does a good and a quality job. I would recommend him to anyone for their printing needs. It is clear that one star reviews bellow, that left only one review, are fake attempt by a competitors.

Gene is grumpy and very rude! yelled at me cause I did not know what an EPS. file is. Sorry but I'm not a print shop that's why I went to one. Not only is he grumpy but eating well we are talking. I was looking at some of the samples and your samples should be your best work but the work was far from good. I will not be going back Gene is way to rude for my money. I wish I can give zero stars.

This place was wonderful. Super fast delivery and great prices. I think they're under new management so I can tell they're turning it around.
