We worked with Colin to design and erect our exterior fence and I couldn't be happier with the end result. Colin took an inspiration photo, and then we went through couple iterations on design until we reached a final design that fit within our needs and our budget. He stayed thoroughly on top of our permitting, and installation process until the arrival of the sign. Would recommend!

We paid a small fortune to build this monument sign. The bricks started falling off almost immediately. The company has repaired it a number of times, however, the repairs only last a couple months before the bricks fall off again. I called for repairs recently and was told the sign is out of warranty but they would be happy to send someone out to fix the sign for the 3rd time at our expense. I then sent a 1 star review. Tim McCord, (Owner) contacted me and told me that they did have some signs like ours that had the same problem because of the adhesive that was used. He agreed that it was not our fault that they had used this poor adhesive and that he would fix the sign again at no cost to us. They did send someone out who repaired the sign again. I hope this repair works. I have edited my review and increased my star rating. Thanks Tim for standing behind your signs and making it “Right” for your customers.

I was told one and half month to get the concourse sign installed on my location when I hand check (check cashed date 04/26/2024) .They keep postponing the installation date more than 3 time, still I dont see a chance of getting it done easily .so I had to reach out to general manager (Nick)about it .due to the delay for concourse sign,I am not able to open the business in right time however my rent , utility bills has already started but they don’t care about it,instead they want the upfront payment in full even before completing the job.it was disgusting,never experienced such unprofessional and worse customer service ever.I regret coming to this company for the sign .
