I walked it without knowing exactly how to explain what I want, but they helped me and created exactly what I wanted...but better! The customer service was excellent and I will definitely be back.the girl up front made my day!! I've never met someone who can deal with a customer like me, and she did it with a smile and ease. I was impressed!

I believe Sign Parrot is now under new ownership. Unfortunately you can tell. After doing business with them for years we requested a quote on a project that needed to be done by a certain date, they proceeded to drag out the quoting process until we were 4 days out and then attempted to charge a "rush" fee in order to get the project done in time. The girl we spoke with was unprofessional and not even remotely willing to help out with the issue. There are WAY better companies in the area to do business with.

So I come into the shop explain what I need done and time frames, everyone was super helpful in getting the vision and measurements, when it came time to final execution the ball was dropped numerous times, it was a simple lettering job, many things were not explained properly and when I called back there was up charges which I agreed to just to have my signs done (I wasn't charged for the upcharges) the signage had the wrong company name and wrong dot number, the black vinyl wrap wasn't big enough to fit around the small door on the side of the truck, got a ticket for not having the name on the truck later , all in all its only 200$ lost but definitely a let down, this isn't the place for a smaller company or person to go to, but everyone was friendly while messing it up
