UNPROFESSIONAL TEAM EVEN THE OWNER. My whole process took me HALF YEAR. The process of installing the sign took up to 3 months, although they said it only took 2 weeks. Moreover, the sign they shipped was wrong from what was agreed, and they took off your sign while the shop opened to fix it. It's not just a sign, the window perf that does not go as discussed. They promised to fix it but just dropped it, did nothing and said where is my check? It’s very difficult to contact them once you’ve paid for the first half. They won't even answer your phone call or email. If you want to reach them out, you must call the office only. But whenever they need the money from you, they will contact you immediately even though the work is not yet completed. They don’t care how long you wait or how bad your experience was. All they want from you is MONEY. By the way, the person who did everything I mentioned above is Kristi.

Tom was incredibly kind and thorough throughout the process of installing our new company sign. He paid attention to every detail and made sure everything was just right. Very pleased with the experience working with the Signarama staff. I had a few last minute changes to our proofs after I thought I had everything reviewed and correct... the Signarama staff happily made the additional changes to make sure it was done right.
