Signarama staff went out of their way to help me print a vertical banner for a show. They did it quickly and even trained me on how to assemble the roll-up banner. Great service!

Our decal was a complex one since it was a word cloud full of small cut out letters and required detailed peeling and installation. During the process, I got in touch with a sales rep, a designer, and an install guy. Everyone did an great job and let me with the feeling that I was dealing with professionals -although the decal ended up higher than when it was laid out on the wall, so watch out for that. I would definitely recommend their services.

Another successful project completed by Signarama! This one was a doozy--it included navigating the City of Miami Beach's Historical Preservation Board, Zoning and Planning Dept, and Code Compliance, etc. The sign looks amazing and everyone is happy!

You did a great job with completing the logo on the truck. It's beautiful! I am extremely Satisfied with your work. Coming from being a Customer Service Manager, when dealing with customers start incorporating more questions to understand the needs of your customers. Example! 1. What color is your truck? This is to see what color letters would be more suitable for the logo. 2. Do you currently have a logo on the truck? If it does, you can advise the customer that you could remove it for them for an additional cost. Or they could have it removed themselves prior to your install. This would eliminate any misunderstanding between you and your customers. You can not expect your customers to think like you do or assume they should know.
