I bought magnetic signs from this company twice for my van and at first when I told him about his weak magnets on the signs he told me I need to keep them clean because I lost one when it rained and the second one my wife pulled over and retrieved one and the ones I bought six months ago are hardly holding on and I took a picture and showed him how it's holding on.I will never buy nothing from this company who don't stand behind his cheap product.

Very courteous and willing to work and do business with you

Do not order shirts from here if you want them within a reasonable amount of time!! I ordered shirts mid November and expressly said that I am giving some as Christmas gifts. They were not ready in time. No apologies, nothing. Stupidly, I ordered with them again hoping that it would not be the same experience. I ordered 9 tshirts and a sweatshirt. I was told it would be "a couple of weeks." After 4 weeks, I called. They say, the machine is down. After 5 weeks, I call again. No response. After 6 weeks, I call again and I get some excuse about the machine being broken so they have to make my shirts another way. Zero communication about this! Finally, after 7 weeks I call again and they say to come get the shirts by 2. At 3:00 I show up and the shirts are not done. I have to wait around for them to do them or find them or whatever. They forgot to do the sweatshirt I had. I'm so sick of dealing with this company that I don't even care about the sweatshirt. I don't even want to call and hear more lies and excuses.

Lack of customer service and Dishonesty I got a invoice for a sign from them for my business everything was short 2 to 3 inches they came and installed the sign without letting me know they were going to make the sign smaller I ask for my money to be refunded and the sign to be removed still no word from them. I wonder how many people they did this to and never found out there sign is smaller 🤔 I recommend to take your money to a different company who is not just after your money and will treat you as a long term customer.
