Kevin did a great job putting some vinyl on my roof. He was really quick and even came to my work and did it in the parking lot so I didn't have to worry about anything. I highly recommend OPC for any vinyl or sign graphic work you need for personal or business use.

The owner Kevin is extremely rude and as a business owner. does not listen to his customers on small issues that could be resolved easily had he kept his composure and tried to work out the little kinks, there would be no issues. My employer has spent a ton of money with this company to try and keep business local but horrible customer service like this is exactly why business goes to springfield! I have never heard an owner talk to a customer the way he was talking to us. They overcharged for shirts that were not ordered, never made any calls to let us know that the promised finish date was going to be pushed out because of shipping, which is understandable, but communication is always key! I am just blown away at how he handled himself and the employees in the back ground were even laughing at how he was handling himself.
