Chris got me a good deal on my wife Porsche. Car took longer than what we discussed but once I saw the results I was satisfied. One thing that concern me was the car came back with puncture tire. I ended up going to other shop to get it patched.

Chris was so easy to work with, communicated very well always and even sent updated pics along the way. He even explained some details about my car I did not know, In the end I love the wrap on my car!! Exceptional work and would highly recommend. I would consider wraps to be like tattoo prices, you get what you pay for and this is so worth the money. Thanks again!!

I'll take a little blame for this review - the follow up and lack of communication, isn't one I'll take blame for. I wanted to get my roof wrapped on my SUV - I sent quote request to various places. Harbor Wraps came in reasonably priced and had the quickest availability, so I decided to save around $100 dollars to go with them. The part I will take responsibility for is not including the stock photo of the car the exact way I wanted. I did for most requests - or the company would clarify exactly what I wanted prior to providing a quote. Chris seemed confident in his quote - which gave me confidence. I dropped my car off at 9am on Friday morning then received an email around 3pm indicating that I needed to pay my invoice. I reached out to the team and asked if that meant my car was ready. I was assured that my car wasn't ready and wouldn't be ready until about 6-6:30pm. I was under the impression my car was going to be done early afternoon, but not a big deal. 7pm rolls by...no contact. I reached out again and was told it would be another 30 minutes before it would be ready. At that point, Friday night, I wanted to be able to see the work in the day time, I suggested just waiting until the next morning to pick it up. I get there and it looks like nothing was done. Again - I should of been more explicit (rookie mistake). As I was asking why the full roof wasn't done, I was told oh, these are quarter panels, oh, this is a roof wing, etc. etc. He went on to say, that he was wondering why it wasn't all getting done, since the front pillars are already black, that it'd look good if everything was done. If something doesn't look right or smell right, wouldn't one clarify with a customer? Not seeming to worried about the disappointment I was feeling, he said that the remaining pieces would be no problem and he'd get me a quote shortly. A few days later, I was quoted out an additional $400 dollar bill. I'm a small customer, I get it. But the nonchalant style, unapologetic demeanor, and poor communication was majorly disappointing. His work was solid, which makes it even more disappointing. Decide what matters to you - if you want an overall good experience, I can't say that you will get it here, but maybe I was scheduled during a bad time.

Brought my Tow Truck into Chris to have him put the logo on the doors and all the lettering down the side of the truck. Turnaround time was amazing and he is a very friendly upstanding person. Would highly recommend going with this company for any kind of logos on the side of your vehicle or lettering. Professional, upstanding, friendly, quick turnaround, and reasonably priced! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
