Mark at Mass Factor Media is a professional and the whole time I had business with him he helped me out in every step of the way. I needed my Food Truck wrapped and although there was delays on my part to get the truck to his shop, not once did I feel like It was trouble for him. Our initial plan was for the truck to be wrapped a month ago but due to unexpected motorcycle accident that left me unable to transact business with him he patiently waited, and once the truck was ready and brought in at his shop, he went above and beyond and helped me out with his professional ideas and money saving options that would benefit my wallet and the same time finish the truck with the awesome graphics that he laid out. Mark not only did an amazing job on the truck but also went beyond by dropping me off and picking me up at the nearest bart when the truck was done. Amazing experience!
