Request: I need to replace my monument sign

the wind blew over my monument sign last week. as it lays on the ground, i noticed that the two poles that are the support poles were rotten at the bottom. There is a slab and power already existing. Just need to get a new monument sign that is exactly like the one thats on the ground.

I have the original comprehensive sign permit through the city of Santee, ca, 92071
